The Hudson River Music Hall's theatre troupe, The Caravan Players, presents Neil Simon's two-act play The Good Doctor. This exciting event takes place on Friday, May 19th and Saturday, May 20th at 8 p.m., and on Sunday, May 21st at 2 p.m. at the newly renovated Strand Theater.  

The Good Doctor will be the first full-length comedy to be performed on The Strand Theater stage in over 50 years!

One critic has stated that this outrageously humorous play--with a touch of warmth sprinkled throughout--is just "downright fun." The Good Doctor concerns a writer who brings 9 of his stories to life.  The 11 local actors who play over 24 multiple roles include Phil Jessen(the Writer), Elizabeth Winge, Alan Dunham, Kim Fitzpatrick,  Andy Volin, Megan LaValley, Garrett West, Shelley Fairbanks, Weston Azaert,  Bonnie Wiles, and Gene Cunningham.        

The director of theater for the Hudson River Music Hall/Strand Theater is Rene Roberge, who says this play is family-friendly.
