Folk singer, songwriter, artist Kevin McKrell's songs have been interpreted by performers from around the world . Although known foremost as a solo performer Kevin was a founding member of two seminal bands,the Celtic folk band 'Donnybrook Fair'and the Celtic bluegrass band 'The McKrells'. Kevin has recorded 11 CD’s including his 2015 release ‘I Wish I had A Boat’. Kevin has been the recipient of songwriter and entertainer of the year awards multiple times by publications throughout the northeast. He has been inducted into the Capitol District Music Hall of Fame as well as multiple awards from the Northeast Country Music Association. Kevin is also an award winning portrait painter his work can be seen at Fine Art America. The band members include some of the best session players in the upstate music scene; virtuoses in the celtic/bluegrass scene.
