4D Gallery presents an Evening of Interactive Art and Musical Awe at the Hudson River Music Hall on Friday, May 18th, 2018 @ 7:00 pm.
In this inaugural exhibition, two unique visual artists will take over the Hudson River Music Hall. Throughout the evening, attendees will have the opportunity to explore 3 separate galleries in the building, offering an intense variety of visionary stimulation...And perhaps a chance to see things in a "new light".
The theme of the exhibit is "Shift". Upon entering, one will be able to view and perceive the pieces on display under the visible light spectrum. At a certain point, each individual gallery will "shift" into its new form, creating new life to what was originally perceivable. This is surely something you will have to see for yourself.
Our artists for the evening are Ken Byers and Zack Ignazio.
Ken Byers is an Acrylic Pour Painter currently living in Glens Falls, NY. His paintings may seem traditional at first glance, but, as you take a closer look and maybe even in a “new light”, you’ll find yourself noticing new details hiding in the woodwork. He hails from the Schenectady region originally so come give him some upstate love on the 18th!
Zack Ignazio is Mr. Four Dimensional himself and our host for the evening. His artistic abilities are vast, but he is most commonly known for his “fabric manipulation.” Are you ready to experience these tapestries from another dimension?
