Turntable Java Shop Concert: Marc Clayton wsg The Lazy Suns

Marc Clayton, HRMH/Strand House band member, and Monday night Turntable Java Shop co-host is on the other side of the microphone tonight. Joined by The Lazy Suns for a special unplugged performance in the intimate Turntable Java Shop.

Marc founded the band in 2010 with the late Rick Morse (pedal steel & slide guitar), and has been performing original music all over the capital region ever since with stops along the way in NYC, Hudson Valley, Woodstock, and the upper Adirondack region.

The band has also placed music on Discovery Channel and National Geographic channel over the last several years helping to gain an international audience through sales on Apple I-tunes. Their full length album "Bar Hotel Music" released in 2016, earned the band local and international critical acclaim  which was voted one of the top 5 albums and bands to watch by fan and supporter, the late Gregg "Blotto" Haymes as well as Nippertown's top 5 capital region bands, and Andrew Gregory's "Crumbs Cafe" top 10 local 518 bands.

The band features singer songwriters Ed Jahn who also is a member along with Marc and Jonathan Newell in the Beatle music tribute band "Across the pond", Jeff Sohn who supplies songs, bass & vocals, and the hard driving back beat of drummer Nick Parslow.
