Nashville recording artist Bob Bates appeared on the Grand Ole Opry with Charlie Louvin, of The Louvin Brothers, for many years. He is a graduate of Julliard School of Music where he trained as a classical bassist. He is also a member of the Dyer Switch Band. He'll be performing solo live from the Strand stage.
