Petra Shortte (Opened Book)

Is a contemporary painter derived from translating her personal journal with imagery. Her use of color and symbolism wills the power to understand her reflection of life in a dreamlike state. Her understanding of life on Earth is that we are not of this world,so we must recognize it through its symbolic nature. The wisdom held from pen to brush, is her will to apply what she has observed in herself,to an image that can ultimately save others from ignorance, who are also willing to look at the themselves. Her message will always come with understanding if first you understand it is a mirror.

Jedidiah Shortte also known as (Sola).

A singer-songwriter who is eager to grasp all humility from her love of music. Her voice creates a platform for vulnerability and strength. She loves love songs, praise bops and footloose tunes. One take away throughout her journey of life is that love conquers all and thanksgiving brings goodness everywhere. Fearfully and wonderfully, Sola aspires for her universal smile to be seen through song
