James Frasier began his characterization of Mark Twain as a college student at The University of Maryland in the bygone days of 1976. After performing a selection from Twain’s Life On The Mississippi to the delight of his oral interpretation class he began his research of Twain and built a repertoire of some of the same selections, stories and aphorisms that entertained Twain’s audiences on the lyceum curcuit of the 19th century.
